I have my Doctorate in Physical Therapy and extensive training in Pelvic Floor (PF). My purpose, the purpose of this account, is to help you find your pelvic floor. My clothing will stay 100% on, and so will yours. This space will allow you to identify and know where this invisible muscle group lies and how to contract, relax, and stretch - thats it. I will not diagnosis, prescribe, or assist with any dysfunctions, pain, or anything you can think of. I will only help you discover your own anatomy in a comfortable but professional manner.
